Kate Berkeley

Kate joined Gryphon in 2020 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group. She focuses on leading and scaling the firm’s talent acquisition capabilities, both externally with portfolio companies and internally at Gryphon. She is also Co–Head of Gryphon’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. 

Prior to joining Gryphon, Kate worked for private equity firm TPG, as a member of its Human Capital Group for the TPG Growth and Rise Funds. Earlier, she worked for retained search firm Spencer Stuart as a member of its Board of Director and Technology Industry practices and at enterprise software company VMware, where she managed talent teams both domestically and internationally. Kate also held talent positions at Borland, Parker & Lynch and Boston Consulting Group. She began her career with Bain & Company in strategy consulting.
