Ann Getz

Managing Director

Ann has worked for Gryphon Investors since 2022 and joined the firm full-time in 2024. She is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resource Group and leads the human capital due diligence and talent assessment efforts for current and new portfolio companies. Ann works alongside the deal teams to provide insights on the effectiveness of potential acquisition’s senior leadership teams, the organization’s maturity, and capabilities related to people, processes, systems, and culture. The human capital due diligence process is integral to helping the deal teams identify critical drivers of transaction value and mitigate potential risks.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Ann was the Founder and CEO of Trudelta Consulting LLC, a boutique consulting firm focused on strategic organizational transformation, cultural assessment, leadership and team effectiveness, and executive coaching. In this role, Ann consulted Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and non-profit organizations in a wide range of industries. Ann previously worked at EY and helped clients to design and implement transformational changes to support the adoption of technology, structural and process changes, including ERP, business transformation, process redesign, recovery effort, safety culture, post-merger integration, shared services, and practice development.
