Katie joined Gryphon in 2024 and is responsible for analyzing, executing and monitoring investments within Gryphon’s Industrial Growth Group. Current Gryphon portfolio company involvement includes AirX Climate Solutions.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Katie was the Head of Finance at Pandion, a Series B logistics startup. Before that, she was a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital and a Senior Associate at ACON Investments. She started her career as an investment banking analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners.
